Brave Little Tailor is a fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm. It's also known under the titles Valiant Little Tailor and Seven at One Blow (the latter suggesting the main character killed seven with one blow but not specifying that his victims were flies).
It's a story about a tailor who decides to go out into the world and seek adventures. He finds them easily and he deals with all the dangers with surprising resourcefulness. Among his numerous challenges are giants. He tricks one at first, makes fun of his friends, and eventually provokes two so much they kill each other.
This article will present some of the best pictures from this fairy tale where artists portrayed the giants. Here they are, sorted by alphabetical order of the illustrators:
Robert Anning Bell (1863-1933)

Brave tailor has to face several other challenges, of course, including his unloyal wife, but we'll leave that for another occasion.
